All results are provided “as is”, for informational purposes only, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or security advice. A “no exposures found” result means only that the identifier was not present in the sources indexed by this service at the time of the check — it does not mean your data has never been exposed.

3. No affiliation

Dark Monitor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of the breached services referenced in results or in the “Last updates” feed. Breach source names are used solely to identify the origin of indexed data.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any action you take based on results from this service, including changing passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication, or notifying third parties. You may check only identifiers you own or are authorized to check.

5. Scope

Dark Monitor offers anonymous breach checks, individual monitoring of your own verified account email, and organization monitoring of mailboxes on domains an organization has verified it controls. The breach index excludes corporate-domain data by default; the exception is domains an organization has verified, whose tokens are indexed so it can be alerted about its own employees. 6. No liability

You use this service entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PWN-ALL and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this service or its results — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive, and under any theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This exclusion covers, without limitation: account compromise or credential misuse; actions taken or not taken based on results (including false positives and false negatives); loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business interruption; and any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays or unavailability of the service or its data sources.

Where applicable law does not allow the full exclusion of liability, PWN-ALL’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to the greatest extent that law permits and, in any event, shall not exceed the amount you paid to use this service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability (and, for the free anonymous checker, that amount is zero).
